RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange or refund, when items are damaged in transit.
Exchanges & Refunds
In order to be eligible for an exchange or refund (if applicable) you must notify us within [7] days of order receipt at order@myhauscollection.com. Once the damaged item has been received at our facility a replacement will be shipped to you. If a replacement is not available, we will provide you with a refund for the full purchase price of the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
All returns require proof of purchase.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval for a refund. If you are approved, we will issue the refund in [7] business days to your original payment method.
